THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED MIX Restaurant Review: Matt Swickerath commands a widely varied menu of small and intriguing plates representing a mélange of tastes. His interpretation of gazpacho, a yellow tomato water soup with microgreens and lump crab meat scattered atop, is more intense in tomato flavor than its lightness would lead one to anticipate. Crisp, delicate pizzas offer robust flavors, such as arugula, truffle oil and ricotta. Occasionally available, sautéed skate wing with butternut squash-stuffed ravioli, brown butter and sage is a jewel, not-to-be-missed when offered. Desserts include a lovely panna cotta and a wicked molten chocolate cake. The wine list isn't extensive, but neither is it mundane, although it wants a rosé very badly to go with a lot of this food. If you want a serene moment, go early in the week, as by weekend, the place gets rather high energy.
