Mizuya Restaurant Review

: Mizuya's menu offers sushi, sashimi, hand rolls and specialty rolls, including the Mandalay Bay roll with shrimp tempura topped with eel, and items such as the ikura don --- salmon roe and salmon sashimi over sushi rice. The dining room features a tranquil water setting and a sushi bar where guests can watch the chefs at work. The saké lineup is extensive; stop by for the daily happy hour from 2 p.m.-5 p.m. to enjoy specials on sushi, saké and beer. Live bands perform nightly in the lounge.
