Mojave Grille Restaurant Review: The restaurant's style is creatively Southwestern, from the dream-catchers and bleached cattle horns adorning the walls to menu selections such as lime braised pork served with sweet plantains, black beans, red rice and a citrus-red chile mojo. The fresh watermelon salad, in season, is a wonder, comprised of organic arugula, watermelon, jícama and queso fresca, and dressed with an incendiary chipotle-infused balsamic. And the desserts are choice: warm peach pecan crisp or Kahlúa bread pudding. |
