Tucked away in the quiet neighborhood of Bernal Heights, this fusion-happy sushi house caters to locals. The rolls, some of which are dipped in tempura batter and deep-fried, are the main lure. Other offerings betray a variety of Asian influences, such as the addictive spicy corn fritters with an Indonesian dipping sauce, and the filet of salmon served with rich coconut rice and a zingy mango and cucumber sambal.
