| This downtown Dallas branch of the ubiquitous steakhouse chain is a temple to Prime grade beef---filet mignon, porterhouse and the New York strip---but also makes room for lobster, chicken, lamb and the requisite sides. We’ve enjoyed tuna tartare, chunks of coarsely chopped bright red tuna stacked high and layered with avocado. The offerings of “slightly smaller” steaks still provide plenty of beef but not in the huge proportions that made Morton’s famous, which leaves room for the hot upside-down apple pie or molten chocolate cake. |
