Situated in the Warehouse District, the restaurant’s location is as prime as its steaks. A basketball toss from Conseco Fieldhouse, where the Indiana Pacers play, and a short walk to the Colt’s games and the convention center, Morton's clubby setting is the perfect place to meet before or after an event. First timers will appreciate the tableside selection of meats and seafood described by the well-informed servers. The USDA Prime-aged steaks are generously portioned---not to mention some of the best served in town. While the filet may be a top choice, the fish selections are tempting as well. Sides are extra and hit or miss; plan on sharing that steamed asparagus with hollandaise sauce. A tip for those in a hurry: order the signature soufflé when entrées are ordered, as this dessert takes 20 to 30 minutes to bake.
