 Jody Dean purchased Mosaic, and swept much of the Mediterranean look and taste (except for paella) off the menu, although he did keep former chef Darrell Rice’s lovely Kobe sliders. Some Southern touches include shrimp and grits at brunch. Sandwiches and salads grace the lunch menu, and basic, simply prepared items hallmark the dinner offerings.
