Mulligan's on the Blue Restaurant Review: Michael O’Dwyer and his team of mostly Irish friends and family run this charming restaurant on Wailea’s Blue Golf Course. They serve traditional Irish fare like corned beef and cabbage, and bangers and mash, along with local seafood and steak entrées. By day, Mulligan’s is a casual affair, with an outdoor patio on which to enjoy your Guinness on tap after a round of golf. Sunsets are spectacular, with dinner taking on a more sophisticated ambience. Mulligan’s on the Blue features live nightly entertainment of Irish and Hawaiian music.
