Naked Oyster Bistro & Raw Bar Restaurant Review: Seafood is the specialty at Naked Oyster Bistro & Raw Bar. This chef-owned restaurant's menu is centered around the products of local fishermen and suppliers (including its own oyster farm in Barnstable Harbor). The heart of the place is the raw bar, but an eclectic array of entrées includes mango blackened salmon, scallops with sweet corn risotto and a signature Kobe burger. However, our favorites are the most straightforward seafood dishes, especially the local oysters in the raw or the oyster stew. At lunch, the menu is a bit more simple, highlighting salads and sandwiches, and the raw bar is always on offer.
