Naked Oyster Bistro & Raw Bar Restaurant Review: Seafood is the specialty at Naked Oyster Bistro & Raw Bar. Chef-owner Florence Lowell focuses her menu around the products of local fishermen and suppliers (including her own oyster farm in Barnstable Harbor). The heart of the place is the raw bar, but an eclectic array of entrées includes haddock and lobster with fava beans, local scallops with tomato beurre blanc and, for beef lovers, a signature Kobe burger. However, our favorites are the most straightforward seafood dishes, especially the local oysters in the raw or the oyster stew. Desserts are fairly predictable but tasty, like crème brûlée and a chocolate bread pudding. At lunch, the menu is a bit simpler, highlighting salads and sandwiches, and the raw bar is always on offer.
