Naked Oyster Bistro & Raw Bar Restaurant Review: Seafood is the specialty at Naked Oyster Bistro & Raw Bar. The restaurant's menu is centered around the products of local fishermen and suppliers (including the restaurant's own oyster farm in Barnstable Harbor). The heart of the place is the raw bar but an eclectic array of entrées includes Moroccan-spiced pork shank, haddock and lobster in a Champagne beurre blanc and a signature Kobe burger. However, our favorites are the most straightforward seafood dishes, especially the local oysters. At lunch the menu is a bit more simple, highlighting salads and sandwiches, and the raw bar is always on offer.
