THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Nam's of Bethesda Restaurant Review:

An almost-elegant Vietnamese eatery---fresh flowers at each table and pale peach walls---with outstanding food, this Bethesda restaurant obviously has a kitchen staff who knows the right stuff. The nongreasy and plump fried spring rolls make a good beginning, as does the grilled beef wrapped in grape leaves. If you happen by at lunchtime, you can order a luncheon special, but your best bet is to explore the menu, which includes grilled pork on vermicelli, caramel fish, frogs’ legs and the always-popular fisherman’s soup with fish, pineapple and bean sprouts. It’s worth many return trips, especially if you can’t make it to the Eden Center in Virginia.
