N'awlins Jazz Cafe Restaurant Review

: For seven decades locals and tourists have purchased "World Famous N’awlins" brand spices, hot sauces and food products at the French Market in the French Quarter. That's why when the fourth generation of the owner's family opened the N’awlins Jazz Cafe, it was well within their right to call it "World Famous." From the first bite, diners will taste the reasons for the fame, whether they try the spicy Creole omelet or pain perdu for breakfast, the authentic Creole-style barbecued shrimp for lunch, or the tender crawfish etouffée for dinner. Desserts hit sweet local notes, with predictable but welcome flavors of pralines, pecans and sugary, buttered concoctions. A full bar adds to the allure, with several well-chosen wines by the glass.
