From the first bite, diners will taste why the place is so renowned, whether they sample the spicy Creole omelet or pain perdu for breakfast, the authentic Creole-style barbecued shrimp for lunch, or the tender crawfish etouffée for dinner. This place also creates the definitive Creole stuffed bell pepper --- spicy, meaty and filled with seafood.
