Settle into the spacey-cool eatery for hot chocolate french toast or a one-eyed Susan (an egg-in-a-hole take on grilled cheese); Benedicts of many stripes; or a tasty take on chilaquiles. Wash it all down with fresh-squeezed orange-berry juice or something hard, like a raspberry-pear mimosa. As the day wears on, you’ll get to tackle the likes of cream of jalapeño soup or a mushroom cake wrap with fries.
