We love that you can get authentic dishes here that no other restaurant will dare to serve: barbecued goat, stewed beef tongue and three-milk cake. Those who aren’t quite as brave can feast on big plates of enchiladas, tacos, or fajitas, washed down with a frosty Margarita. For bigger appetites there are the steak and enchilada platters---like all the dinners, they come with rice and beans. Oddly enough, for such ultra-casual, inexpensive restaurants, they offer live entertainment some nights (call for info), which might include a harpist playing. Note: it’s a great place for kids, and there are kid-size meals available.
