Ocean Terrace Restaurant Review: Perched high on the rooftop at George's at the Cove, overlooking the shores of La Jolla, diners find themselves mesmerized by the sweeping sea and sky views. Add the food from local chef Trey Foshee, creative cocktails and a thoughtful wine list to the mix, and you might just have all the ingredients for an idyllic culinary experience. Immediately order chef Foshee's famous fish tacos --- lightly grilled yellowtail, vibrant with mango salsa and avocado. Jalapeño-lime mayonnaise adds a little heat, while shredded cabbage lends crunch. At lunch, you may encounter a kale and goat cheese salad, or a short rib panini with onion marmalade, arugula, white cheddar and whole grain mustard aïoli. For dinner, Foshee's mahi mahi is a fine choice. Cocktails include fresh-squeezed margaritas and tipples highlighting house-infused vodka.
