THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED NAMES ONE Kitchen Restaurant Review:

ONE Kitchen’s smaller plates are mostly familiar---a trio of mini-burgers, tomato/basil bruschetta, a shrimp cocktail, Caesar salad with chicken or shrimp; some, however, have twists which range from great fun (an avocado salad with bracing Tabasco gelée; shrimp/mango ceviche with coriander sorbet) to luxuriant (a burger with foie gras and onion preserves) to just plain unusual (gazpacho with grain mustard ice cream). Mains include a few pastas and risottos, but center on very competently grilled meats and fish with DIY mix-and-match sauces. Interior décor is imposing, which, combined with the conservative contemporary food, makes ONE, located in a condo resort, a good choice for business meals, while those merely vacationing might prefer nibbling at an outdoor terrace table with a better view of the adjacent waterways.
