 We love to eat outside with ocean views, and we love to eat well, especially at breakfast. So we don't mind the wait, which may happen when The Fairmont Orchid is fully booked, to get a seat on this casual-elegant morning terrace. We even appreciate the bold, hungry birds that hop around. The Orchid Court offers breakfast from a menu, or you can load up at the bountiful buffet. Try the macadamia nut pancakes, or head for the omelet station where a chef makes eggs exactly how you like them, with all the fillings and toppings. Also available are grilled fresh island fish, lox and capers with cream cheese, waffles and pastries.
