THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED O's Bistro Restaurant Review: In a Southwestern yet Hawaiian décor of warm sienna colors, rich native mango and koa woods, and Dietrich Varez sketches of Hawaiian mythological scenes, chef Amy Ferguson-Ota holds true to her creative, fun vision of Hawaii Regional cuisine coupled with pastas from around the world. She used to call her place Oodles of Noodles, which may not have pleased America's carb-phobic crowd. Under this incarnation as a bistro, loyal customers are thrilled to find the old favorites---chow fun, pad thai, orecchiette tuna casserole---along with a sly menu of scrumptious salads, delicate spring rolls, and Mediterranean-inspired dishes such as fresh fish in white wine with vine-ripened tomatoes. Late breakfasts are served, but we recommend you settle simply for an early lunch or return at dinnertime. This is the place to chill out after shopping in Kona. O's limits alcoholic beverages to a beautiful selection of beers and wines that complement the menu.
