Known for its East Coast-style pies with thin, pliable crusts, Pagliacci offers traditionalists quality classics, plus a range of contemporary combos to satisfy those who like to experiment. If you want a pie with pizzazz, order a “primo” pie. Toppings range from goat cheese with sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms and green peppers on an olive oil base to balsamic vinaigrette-marinated chicken with artichoke hearts and red onion. Seasonal choices we look forward to include fall's pear with Gorgonzola, and the first harbinger of spring---for pizzas anyway---the asparagus “primo.” |
