Workers in the professional offices at Ryan Ranch can escape to Paris for a few minutes at this little pastry shop and café. Gleaming cases hold individual and family-size quiches and savory sandwiches such as classic tuna on challah, curried chicken salad on croissants and ham and Brie on ciabatta. Only the strongest-willed customer will escape the call of goodies such as flourless triple-chocolate cake with mousse, chocolate crème brûlée or the jewel-like petits fours and macarons.
