 Paso Robles Inn Steakhouse Restaurant Review: This historic inn’s restaurant has retooled its menu to focus on steakhouse fare, including solid classics such as a rib-eye with bordelaise sauce, steak and scampi, and steak and lobster. In these parts, steakhouses also have to serve up some Santa Maria-style tri-tip complete with the traditional fixin’s of grilled bread, ranch beans and salsa. On the lighter side --- yet still filling --- are dishes such as a pulled pork sandwich with pepperocinis and blackened halibut tacos. The remodeled dining room and grounds lend themselves to casual or special occasions, while the atmosphere in the Cattlemen's Lounge upstairs varies with the crowd. |
