Passedat--Le Petit Nice Restaurant Review: Nestled in a fold of the corniche with a breathtaking view of the islands across the way (at sunset, it looks like paradise!), this is a most romantic place to dine. The kitchen works exclusively with the freshest ingredients (mainly seafood), which are used to best advantage in novel, personalized ways: colossal shrimp in carrot and ginger juice or Oriental-style pressed bouillabaisse. Remember to sell a T-bond or two before you reserve your table: the cellar, though stocked well with Burgundies and champagnes, posts dizzying prices, and the same can be said of the menu items, as well.
