The glamorous pastries here are the work of pastry chef Karin Corazzini, who not only creates fantasy cakes and sweets---such as the frog-shaped pastries---but also piña colada cakes, apple bread pudding, mousse and much more. But before you indulge in dessert at this low-key shop that plays classical music in the background, sample the potato-artichoke heart salad, a small pizza or one of the outstanding sandwiches such as ham and Brie, grilled eggplant or tuna with capers and peppers.
