PC's Restaurant & Lounge Restaurant Review:
Just try to find a seat at PC's Restaurant & Lounge on a Saturday or Sunday for breakfast. You can't. This unpretentious spot is a favorite for locals, usually families. Décor isn't the Santa Fe usual; instead, it's a strange mix of 1970s sci-fi movie posters and a collection of almost 150 plates that look to be from the Franklin Mint. But area denizens come for the food, especially the stuffed sopapillas, pillows of dough filled with everything from beef and chicken to some of Santa Fe's tastiest chile. Desserts are simple New Mexican fare, and the wine list isn't much more complete than what you'd find at a hotel banquet, but the full bar offers a variety of cocktails. Regulars know to bring several quarters for the game room, which is off to the side and packed with Pinball machines.
