Now pho places are all the rage in the metro area, and Pho 75 has five locations. Who would have guessed that so many would fall in love with this hearty meal-in-a-bowl? Some soup places offer other dishes, too, but this group sticks to the basics: Order your beef soup with a choice of meat combinations in small or large bowls.
