Pho Kauai Restaurant Review:

This family-run restaurant offers an extensive menu of freshly prepared rice (your choice of brown or white) and noodle dishes, as well as numerous variations on the satisfying soup for which it is named. Vermicelli bowls are especially good, and the tropical-flavored tapioca "bubble" drinks are refreshing on a hot day. The dining room is simple, and often warm, but service is fast, friendly and informative, and there are two concrete tables out front. You're assured good value here, which is why there’s generally quite a crowd, especially at lunch.
