THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Pho Quyen Restaurant Review:

Moving into the location vacated by Peking Eastern House Restaurant, this Vietnamese eatery has a vibrant décor and a menu that features various versions of the famed Hanoi beef soup (we felt cheated by the lack of the soup's traditional greens used as garnish). Elsewhere on the menu are fried spring rolls and soft summer rolls; the very slender former looked like they had been shaped around a pencil. We tucked into the classic grilled beef balls on a bed of rice vermicelli, and tossed them with the accompanying sweet-hot sauce. Not spectacular, but substantial. Fresh lemonade here is a great thirst quencher.
