Cheerful neighborhood spot done in white tiles with bright red walls hung with colorful marine paintings. Shrimp is served the usual ways---boiled, peeled, or fried---and some not-so-usual ways---in tacos or with grits---along with a selection of grilled fish. Try the Manchac Thin-Fried Catfish; the fish is very thinly sliced, dipped in an egg wash, then dusted with a piquant blend of spices and fried, a pretty tasty way to prepare a very ugly fish. Burgers and fried chicken are available for the non-seafood lover in the crowd.
