Po Pazzo Restaurant Review: Go a little pazzo (it means crazy) at this Little Italy locale, with plenty of choices from steaks to seafood and pasta. The friendly family-owned Italian eatery, under the direction of chef Nino Zizzo, serves up a good lobster risotto and a serious 22-ounce bone-in Sicilian rib-eye. Start with oysters, blackened lamb lollipops with Gorgonzola cream or beef carpaccio with arugula. Sea urchin fans should try the piquant tagliatelle that also comes with Maryland lump crab, garlic, tomato and shaved serrano chili. For dessert, the homemade gelati befittingly caps the meal.
