We like the fresh salmon salad, a huge mound of which topped a bed of fresh spinach leaves. With red onions, capers, dill and balsamic dressing, it is perfect for a hot day's lunch. A half lemongrass-soy roast chicken with cheese grits and greens comes in a portion big enough to make two meals. Want steak? Your choices are eight-, ten- and 12-ounces of filet, rib-eye or sirloin. Get the bread pudding for dessert. Decent wine is available by the glass or bottle.
