Portland City Grill Restaurant Review: Located at the top of “Big Pink” (U.S. Bancorp Tower), this restaurant and bar boasts panoramic views of the city and a menu that combines classic steakhouse fare with a creative sushi bar. The menu also shows innovation with Asian appetizers such as five-spice Peking duck, steamed buns, and pickled daikon ahi tuna tartare.
