Prime Steak House & Piano Bar Restaurant Review: Here we have a steakhouse with a simple recipe for success: Prime cuts of beef, served by professional career waiters (unusual for a resort town with seasonal employees), an extensive wine list, and an ambience as crisp and modern as it is classic. Don't plan a post-dinner activity, though, because a night at Prime Steak House combines both eating and entertainment. Start in the piano bar with a cocktail or glass of wine from the well-stocked cellar before heading to your white linen-clad table. Although the steak and seafood entrées are first-rate, they aren't complete without an appetizer like the scallops wrapped in bacon or French onion soup and at least two of the generous side dishes (garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach are standouts). Enjoy the molten chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream back in the piano bar.
