Be sure to order from the selection that has nothing to do with heart-healthy: That means a cherry Coke and burgers, hot dogs, french fries and killer onion rings, fried seafood, maybe a side of chili---but definitely not the salads. Burgers come in three sizes, hot dogs in two, and they don’t hit the grill until you’ve placed your order at the counter. You pick up your food and head for the big top-it-yourself bar, which even includes melted cheese. The kids’ menu is just right, too, including chicken fingers, corn and ice cream.
