Red Hot & Blue Restaurant Review: When this barbecue group opened years ago, good barbecue---smoky, juicy, and prepared by pros---was hard to come by. Thus this group of restaurants became an instant hit and a ribs meal from here was almost worth its weight in gold. Times change, and as others brought the barbecue theme to the area, RH&B has suffered and several of its outlets have closed, a loss to its many fans. Those fans appreciate the ribs offered wet or dry. We love the intense heat of the dry-rubbed ribs with a side of beans, and then call it a day with a serving of banana pudding. Other locations.
