THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Redstone Cabin at the Cowboy Club Restaurant Review:
Set in an early Sedona territorial house, Redstone Cabin offers a secluded, romantic fine-dining experience with upgraded menu selections inspired by its sister restaurant, Cowboy Club Grille & Spirits. A low, sprawling rustic cabin complete with a river-rock fireplace lends an air of Western elegance inside, while stately trees, a tumbling water feature and a fire pit set the mood on the patio. This restaurant could be considered Sedona’s hidden gem, located just off of tourist-buzzing Main Street. The creative menu specializes in the consistent presentation of sophisticated Western cuisine. For starters, try the lobster and shrimp spring rolls with mango dipping sauce and poblano-cactus jelly; the pumpkin-sweet potato bisque; or the portobello, goat cheese and tomato gratin. Entrées feature specialties such as the guava-glazed pork tenderloin with bourbon sweet potatoes, pan-roasted duck breast in tangerine-tomatillo sauce, and Cowboy Club favorites “Redstone Style” like baby-back ribs with raspberry-plum sauce or molasses-crusted prime rib. A quality wine list includes selections from Italy, Australia, France, California, Oregon and Washington.
