The bright white Gothic-style dining room of this establishment across from the train station is stage to Régis Mahé's sunny, refined cooking. The set menu is a good value, but it must be ordered by everyone at the table. Small, reasonably priced cellar with a good selection of Loire wines and wines available by the glass. Courteous, efficient service.
