Choose from a delightful Sonoma foie gras with poached pears on brioche toast and a strawberry port beurre rouge or sweet onion crab cake with mizuno salad and tomato vinaigrette for starters. Then venture on to a Parmesan-crusted opakapaka, wasabi-crusted salmon with shrimp risotto, filet mignon, prime rib or maple-guava duck breast.
