The Reserve Room at Uptown Park Restaurant Review: The Tasting Room company scored big when it opened Max’s Wine Dive --- so big that The Reserve Room was added to The Tasting Room in Uptown Park. Here you’ll find a seasonally inspired dinner menu served in the private back room amid antique furniture and original artwork. But you can also dine in the wine bar, or on the huge outdoor patio. The menu runs the gamut from artisan pizzas to a bone-in, maple-brined pork chop. Sharable small plates, such as the truffle fries and potato chip nachos, are fun and tasty, but the mini grilled sandwiches on Slow Dough pretzel baguettes can be a meal in themselves. Hearty eaters may opt for an Angus rib-eye with caramelized shallots. More than 150 wines, priced from $15 to $1,000 a bottle, are available.
