In the heart of sophisticated Buckhead is a little piece of Texas that doesn’t care whether you’re wearing Italian shoes or not. This shack-style spot takes ribs seriously, and the Texas ribs are the best. They dauntingly big but are fall-apart tender thanks to lots of slow cooking. Side dishes to savor include terrific beans. Everything (except the fries) is made in-house and from scratch. Onion rings are plump and fat, and the chili is full of flavor and spice. The baby-back ribs are okay.
