Deep in the heart of Korean restaurant country sits this small and humble pan-Asian eatery that uses only fresh ingredients stirred into popular Chinese fare with a few Thai add-ons. Most of the dishes will sound familiar to a Western audience, but flavors are very traditional. If you like some heat tempered with a sweet undertone, consider the orange chicken, or even the pineapple pork chops. Your best bet would be to come with a group of friends to share some of the interesting offerings, from Mongolian beef and Peking duck, to eggplant in garlic sauce, and jumbo shrimp in lobster sauce. As always, do begin this Chinese meal with some appetizers, some of which are Japanese (shrimp tempura) and at least one, Thai (curry chicken skewers). You can even get a taste of Hong Kong with a good choice of noodle soups, including a roast duck egg or rice noodle concoction.
