The seasonal menu, which changes monthly, might feature grilled veal, fresh fish or any other specialties of the moment. Chef Gregorio Calderin favors light, pure flavors---a delicate minestrone (an oxymoron?) of white beans and herbs, a salad of sliced oranges scattered with a tiny dice of onions, scallop with a melting lemon risotto, lamb with a touch of anchovy in the sauce.
