The kids can color away on the paper-topped linens while the adults sip a surprisingly decent house Chianti and watch the flames flicker in the fireplace. Try a flatbread pizza with roasted chicken and arugula, pan-seared Mediterranean sea bass, or perhaps a pan-roasted pork chop with fresh pea-and-mushroom risotto, and suddenly the world looks a lot more manageable. We're not saying the food is to die for, just that a good chain can deliver a lot of comfort when it sets its mind to the task. |
