Rosemary's Thyme Bistro Restaurant Review:

Rosemary's Thyme Bistro started small some years ago, becoming known for its gutsy pizzas and sandwiches and warm, sunny Mediterranean foods. The restaurant's menu grew and so did the restaurant itself, with two locations now in the metro area. Creole-inspired dishes vie with Mediterranean and Southwestern options on a menu that offers something for everyone in the family. You can start with hot or cold appetizers. How about Mediterranean carpaccio tuna? Then focus on entrée-size salads such as the Aegean salad with crawfish tails, or select something meatier, such as one of the grills. We enjoyed the kebab that is served fajita-style on a sizzling platter, with its pairing of ground beef and ground lamb on skewers with a side of grilled vegetables.
