Roy's restaurants are a draw everywhere, and Maui is no exception. Reservations are a must, and the dining room will be packed all night. The menu is standard Hawai'i Roy's and all of it is topnotch, down to the meatloaf. Whether it’s porcini butter roasted hapu`upu`u with vegetable risotto or pistachio-wasabi pea-crusted yellowfin tuna with avocado mousse, you’re sure to be tantalized by the variety and creativity of the menu. An adventurous wine list and menu, a knowledgeable staff and a melting chocolate soufflé for dessert---what more could you ask for?
