Ru San's Restaurant Review: At Ru San’s East meets West, sort of, creating such puzzling fare as sushi pizza. Sushi guys construct the fairly decent, authentic fish fare, but the main draw is the all-you-can-eat sushi buffet lunch. There are other Japanese dishes, though, such as yakitori, tempura and katsu, and an assortment of these makes a nice snack or light lunch. It also would work with the kid set. Vegetarians will find plenty to like, such as the eggplant sesame yaki, a large plate of pan-fried eggplant with sesame oil, liberally dusted with black and white sesame seeds.
