THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Ruggeri's Restaurant Review:

We really enjoy the North Dallas site of this popular Italian place, even more than its downtown counterpart (what’s that commercial-we’re number two so we try harder?) The lighting’s muted, there’s a huge aquarium separating the dining room and the bar area, and the pianist sets a nice mood (just don’t sit too close to him, as he gets loud.) The house salad: totally worthless, opt instead for the flavorful herbed steamed mussels. While we usually opt for the daily specials (and have loved the tenderloin filet topped with sautéed mushrooms and a Marsala sauce and a baked salmon with dill sauce), we have a weakness for the stuffed pastas (lasagne and manicotti) and anything on the veal portion of this menu.
