Rustico Ristorante Restaurant Review: Stone walls, a fireplace, a wood-burning oven and a big rotisserie are the ingredients that make this restaurant so evocative of Italy --- with cuisine to match. Grissini, focaccia, homemade breads and pastas, grilled meats and, of course, pizzas are the familiar favorites you’ll find here. We like to order at the martini bar, then peruse the all-Italian wine list for later. Nibble on Tuscan bruschetta while waiting for the chicken to finish roasting on the spit, or share a classic antipasti platter followed by a thin-crust pie with house-made sausage and mixed mushrooms --- and don’t forget the hazelnut-chocolate mousse for dessert. Before heading out into the night, you can fortify yourself against the mountain chill with one of the fine grappas the owners keep on hand.
