Ruth's Chris Steak House Restaurant Review: Ruth's Chris Steak House offers outstanding service and a quietly elegant atmosphere along with a vast array of stick-to-your ribs fare, much with a New Orleans influence, including everything from petite filet to New York strip, rib-eye and porterhouse for two. There's also an ocean-size seafood selection with Australian lobster tail (you may order a single or double serving), tuna topped with lump crab meat and salmon filet, and appetizers including sevruga caviar. As is the case with any steakhouse worth its salt, the salads and sides (seven types of potatoes, for example) share a starring role. Be sure to save room for dessert, especially the signature warm apple crumb tart and crème brûlée. Wash it all down with a selection from the massive wine list, with impressive by-the-glass offerings.
