Sababa Restaurant Review: Rami and Mirav Cohen left their Brookline, Massachusetts, glatt kosher eatery and cold weather to live where winter is optional. Their pristine glatt kosher restaurant features royal blue and white tiled walls, a handful of tables and, for those who want a quick hand wash before dining, a decorative sink next to the bustling counter where orders are taken and deftly filled. The Sababa Special---a platter of tasty kababs, falafel, grilled chicken in a Middle Eastern spice marinade, hummus, salad and pita---is a nice assortment of Rami's specialties. Hummus and pita accompany many of the dishes, such as shwarma (thinly sliced rotisseried turkey) and baba ghanouj. Israeli mango and peach nectars complement the appealing fare.
