: A house-made potato chip topped with a dollop of French onion dip and a hearty helping of caviar? Yes, please. It’s just one of the delightful options from chef Brandi Key at this venture from restaurateurs Charles Clark and Grant Cooper (Coppa Osteria, Punk’s Simple Southern Food, Ibiza Food & Wine Bar). The seafood eatery serves dinner nightly in a remodeled space, and the light and airy design echoes Key’s menu, which features the bounty of the Gulf Coast as well as fish from around the world. Expect hints of Thai, South American and Middle Eastern flavors in the seafood dishes, and don't forgo the raw bar glistening with ceviches and oysters. There are no huge platters of fried catfish or shrimp, but there is a tasty grilled octopus in chimichurri sauce and gently battered fried calamari. Those needing a little something sweet can't go wrong with the Key lime pie, the chocolate mousse or the chocolate-and-chile cake, especially if you like a little bite with your chocolate. An extensive wine list is also available.
