Sam's Bar-B-Que, a labor of love from Sam Carlino, Sr. and Sam Carlino, Jr., has been serving BBQ in San Jose since 1992. Platters (baby back ribs, Carolina pulled pork, beef brisket, smoked Prime rib, etc.) come with garlic bread and choice of two sides (coleslaw, potato salad, macaroni salad or chili beans). Sandwiches, burgers (beef, turkey or vegetarian) and pies (apple or mud) are also available.
